MissesChaos here
Hello everyone!
I'm MissesChaos, I'm from the Netherlands and I'm new here. My English is not really good, but I'm open for (constructive) criticism. I'm a fifteen year old girl and I love drawing, gaming, spiritual stuff and of course in particular Lucid Dreaming.
I decided to sign up here because I've got a question about Lucid Dreaming. I'm going to ask that in another topic.
I was able to lucid dream from a very young age. Ten-eleven or so. I never knew it was called Lucid Dreaming. I never had to learn it either, I'm just able to do it. Is that weird? I'm not trying to brag at all, but it's just the way it is. I'm pretty spiritual and lucid dreaming is so much fun! I love it. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of lucid dreams. Mainly because I forget about most of my dreams. That's something I've got to learn! Haha .
I hope I'll have fun here ~ tehe.

It is great to have you here MissesChaos. I am sure we can't wait to hear all about your lucid dreaming experiences. For recall what I would recommend is keeping a dream journal, whatever dreams you can remember being it during a nap or main sleep. These journals should be able to help you get better recall. Also what helps recall is to have a good nights rest. At least 8 hours would help a lot. My recall is pretty bad because usually I stay up pass midnight. Because you see around the 6 hour on up period your REMs (Where you have the most detailed dreams) gets longer as you sleep longer. Also I have heard that diet helps a lot too. We have a wiki up on the top bar for all kinds of stuff.
Again it's really great to have you around, and there is a lot of smart people here to answer any questions you have. :)

Howdy!
Welcome to the forums, MissesChaos ;) Nice name. I'm 16, and gaming and spirituality are my interests too! You're welcome to post questions in your thread here, I'm sure everyone will try and answer them ^_^
What I would say is that you're simply a natural lucid dreamer. I would define a natural lucid dreamer as someone that can lucid dream without looking trying induction methods and above all, they know they're dreaming before they know about 'lucid dreaming'. As mentioned about by pepsibluefan, try and start keeping a dream journal. If you still find that your recall lacks, make sure you get a good amount of sleep. If it STILL lacks, you could try some temporary supplements to help you get into the nack of recalling your dreams.
Dream recall tips: Try not to move too much when you wake up. Try not to open your eyes. Let yourself drift to that state where you're on the verge of falling asleep and memories of previous dreams start flooding your memory!
Again, welcome to the forums and good luck!

Welcome to DV! You're really lucky that you're a natural lucid dreamer! How often do you have lucid dreams? :)
For recall, fOrceez summed it up really well! Make sure you keep a dream journal and one you start you'll find that you'll remember most, if not all of your dreams :)

Well, let's say that it's 50% of the time. Like, one half of every dream I can remember is lucid, but the other half isn't. If I really want to have a lucid dream that night I almost always have one. It's too bad I can't remember them! But I bought a little dummy yesterday and I'm definitely going to keep a dream journal!
