I'm trying to get to the picture from the tutorial, but for some reason it's not loading. Would somebody who has it saved to something send it to me at my email? It's [email protected].
Thanks. :D

I suggest you PM Howetzer. Good luck. ;)
But, heck, I have an easier one for you:
count to 24, one count for every bone in your spine, from the bottom to the top. That will set your main energy flow going, which should push the secondary flows. If there is any crap in your secondary flows, this should flush it right out.
Hey Leo, actually I have heard of this technique before. From what I heard you are supposed to count down from 24, but as you are counting down everytime a thought comes into your mind to interrupt your thinking...you are supposed to start over...and keep starting over until you can successfully count down from 24 without any interrupting thoughts. Is this correct?Quote:

the 24 tehcnique sounds cool aen, 61 seems really far when you begin.
JIn Shin Jytsu has 31 points. Reiki has about 36. And those are difficult enough to remember. 61 would double it.Quote:

But the 24 straight up the spine seems well adapted enough to opening up the central flow. After that any blockages in the secondary flows can be addressed on an individual basis, as they manifest as dysfunctional.
61 may be a large number, but the pattern is trivial. The pattern is the same for each limb, and with one per 'finger', the number goes by pretty fast. My problem with it is that it's really long, and doesn't really make me feel relaxed. In addition, some of the points are odd. I don't know why I would want to focus on my throat, for instance... I'd rather just lie there, breathe deeply, and focus on relaxing any muscles that are tense, in no particular pattern.
:wtf: What is that suppose to mean?!?Quote:

halfasked1.
I too agree that the 61 point Relaxation technique is a bit much. And to modify it to work for each individual may be more effective.
I suppose if you follow the technique in its intirety you may reach a higher level of relaxation. Otherwise I do not know why anyone would go to such great lenghts.
But many off the above suggestions I have found work better for me personally. But if you can have the resolve to do the 61 point relaxation technique you may find it more useful than we know. So I wouldn't count it out until you try it.
:)
LOL Howie I thought you would have what he needed since you made the tutorial. And I was wishing him luck.
Don't read too much into it lmao. ;)
