Hello, I found this site via a search engine. I've been a lucid dreamer since I was 7, before I knew there was a name for lucid dreaming :). I'm now 26. The past week I have not been able to remember any dreams but one. I'm starting to feel lost and no longer connected with myself and came online for a little help. :? This seems to be a great forum and I decided to join.

I always consider dry spells related to stress in the waking world. Look into yourself to see what could be bothering you. Either that or keep a dream journal.

Yeah I agree with Yume...have you been stressed out lately? It is also a great idea to have a dream journal so that you can increase your dream recall. Just write down everything you remember about your dreams as soon as you wake up.Quote:

It's so nice to have natural LDers on the forum...because they hold a wealth of knowledge but they still have so much to learn about LDing. I know, because when I came here I was a natural but I have learned SO MUCH from Dream Views. I hope you will stay and learn and grow with all of us. ;)

I never thought it could be stress related. I have been very stressed out the past week which is unusual.
I used to keep a dream journal and stopped a few months ago when I started shift work. I think I'll start again. Thank you for your help and the great welcome! :-P
