Hello from Norway!
Hello all of you members of DV! :)
I actually didn't intend on posting anything here before I got a self-induced ld, but I figured I might as well post here anyway. I am a 17 year old boy from norway, that just randomly found out about lucid dreaming when wandering around the web.
Currently, I have been trying to get lucid (wild) for some time now, but I have never gotten farther than SP.
Do you have any tips to a person new to lucid dreaming?
Regards

If you are new, WILD might be a bit hard, so don't get dissapointed if you don't get any lucids on the first month or so.
Also, always RC when WILDing, sometimes people fall asleep and enter a FA where they are trying to WILD, so in case that happens your chances of having a DILD will be really high.

Hi! Welcome to Dreamviews! I'm sure you will learn a lot here, and really enjoy the community.
It's great you discovered lucid dreaming and decided to join! Lucid dreaming is definitely an amazing thing, and I recommend it to anyone. Many people consider WILD to be on of the more difficult techniques, but it varies from person to person. I think different techniques work differently for different people. So, if you are interested in WILD, go for it! One common mistake newbies make when WILDing is that they attempt it before bed. You should try to WILD after about 4-7 hours of sleep, especially for newbies. It is possible to WILD right before bed, but it is MUCH harder. If you are interested I wrote a WILD guide a few months back. You can find a link to it in my signature below this posts.
I also recommend taking a look at The Beginner's Guide to Lucid Dreaming made by Puffin. It has some great tips for new lucid dreaming and will get you started.
Good luck! Sure you will get a lucid soon. :)
