is it normal to have lucid dreams on accident not knowing what is for years? or is this something else? I usually enjoy these dreams and the expperience is like nothing I've ever felt I allso never forget these dreams. I've read about it a bit but I'm not sure if these are considered lucid dreams
First of all, let's get ourselves on track. Are we both looking at the same definition of lucid dreams? A lucid dream is when you know you are dreaming. Nothing more, nothing less. Dream control can COME with lucid dreams, but not necessarily.
But yes, it can be normal :) Some people are natural lucid dreamers. These are people that lucid dream without knowing about induction methods.
yes what I have come to understand lucid dreaming is
