Hello All
Ive been trying lucid dreaming for years with on and off success as I either lose or gain interest over the years. I havent been too often that i do lucid dream but it is getting more frequent again. I have always been interested in my dreams and hope to get back towards lucid ones in the near future.

Welcome to DreamViews! :D
It's good to hear that you are getting more frequent lucid dreams. What induction technique are you currently using?
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Welcome to DV :3
Yeah, what have you been doing so far? Sometimes during dry spells it can be easy to lose interest, but you just gotta keep going :)

The very first time I had anything I would consider lucid while trying I used a binaural beat and slept to that. It worked once and the other time I woke with a headache so I stopped that it wasn't too effective. Lately its just been me being aware of something being off and I do a reality check of some sort most of the time seeing a text or a clock change. I don't have a habit of doing any reality checks though. I am also interested in the subconscious effects on dreams so i was studying my own for a while. This led to a pretty good recall of dreams. Every now and then I still do an actual dream journal for the funnier or stranger dreams. More often though I just recall them throughout the day a lot and try to remember them when I wake up. I haven't yet been able to do anything except control my own actions in dreams. Mostly when I do go lucid I end up trying to converse with someone in my dream to try and learn more about myself. As far as induction methods there isn't really I'm currently using more than another mostly just trying to be more in a habit of reality checks and noticing the random things that don't make sense in a dream.
