Hi! I've just join this forum. I hope to find friends here and improve my lucid dreaming and english. I have lucid dream expearence for about 3 years. I like the month's tasks' idea and I'll try to do them. Sorry for mistakes in words- my english isn't perfect.
Welcome to the forums! I am sure you will learn much and meet cool people here (I sure have). The monthly tasks are a great goal to work at if you want to get better with lucid dreaming. Or even if you just want to accomplish some goals outside of your own.Quote:

Do you have lucid dreams naturally, or have you been practising a certain technique to get them? - I have LD naturaly about 1-2 times a month, but if I want to have them more often I practising some technique . Last night, for example I woke up at 4 am and used deep freakwent breathing about a minute, but it didn't help:( And you?
I've been using the DILD technique for a while, but I think the MILD technique will work better for me, so I've recently switched to that one.

can you tell me a bit about "working" for getting lucid dreams?

d3nd3 - The life is very iteresting thing. The World give us all the best. Everyone has his one talantes.... But energy cannot loose in the universe - it will come back to you in future...If you work on LD - this work will come back to you intime ...When I was 22...:))) I was fond of Kastaneda, Made tensegrity and spent allll my life to have LD...And had 1-2 LD a year I wanted them very much... . And it wasn't the time for it. And three years ago i didn't want LD, because I have small kid and family and LD came without any work...And now it's time for LD. For this 3 years I've already met 2 persons on dream forums - teachers (but they don't know that they are my teachers:))) who helped me to grow up. And LD for me - it's just a hobby - it is'nt serious . I hope you understand me.
