Can smoking weed help with lucid dreaming at all?
I know i've had some crazy dreams (non of them lucid) when going to sleep high. So, if I practice lucid dreaming even more. And crack it, could weed help?
Anyone else tried/know about this? I'm curious
Weed actually decreases your chances of lucid dreaming. It suppresses REM sleep and makes it harder to recall dreams.
I'm like you, I get super-sweet dreams when I'm baked, but don't tend to remember them unless they really meant something.
Wouldn't be able to tell you about lucid dreaming though, as I'm still a lucid virgin :(
I shall stop smoking then! (as much) the dreams are infrequent, but when they do happen, daymm, they're good.
