Greetings
Hey everyone. New here. I'm a 32 year old man, from Michigan, USA.
Lately, I've been having more and more lucid dream, even when I don't want them. I read a book called "Head Trip: Adventures on the Wheel of Consciousness" by Jeff Warren. In it he mentions Lucid Dreams and the work of Stephen LaBerge. I looked into it a bit and now I can't stop having lucid dreams, and I'm not sure that's a good thing, sometimes. Even though I feel like I'm completely losing my mind after I wake up from them, I find them amazing and worth sharing.
Anyways, Hope to discuss Lucid Dreams here and learn from others.

Welcome to DV
Sometimes you gotta get used to it, I know some people who always LD and sometimes it's a lot to handle but you just gotta learn how to take control of this and utilize this gift :) good luck!

Thank you.
I've already learned a lot from this site. I have rich hypnagogia everynight, with plenty of hallucinations and have had many WILD's, but didn't know they were called that until now. This site may get addicting.
