Quick Introduction

Hello everyone :)

Just thought I would quickly introduce myself as I am new to this site. I'm 19 years old and first found out about lucid dreaming when I was 17 ( I woke up from a very vivid dream and later found out - using google - that it had been a lucid dream). So far I have had a little over 30 lucid dreams and I hope to become more proficient. Astral projection/OBE is another concept that I am very interested in as it seems to be quite closely linked to lucid dreaming.

Apart from lucid dreaming, I'm a keen chess player; enjoy spending time with family; reading novels (fantasy and horror); listening to music; hanging out with friends; and also exercising (mainly running). Anyway, I'm glad I found this website where I can ask questions and share my experiences with other like-minded people. Wishing everyone here all the best with their lucid dreaming progress!
