I'm new! (To the forums, not dreaming :p)

This is my first time joining a forum all to do with the most favourite thing in my life, dreaming.

So hello fellow dreamers! Nice to meet you all!

I have a quick question though, so I remember around 1-5 dreams a night and around 1/10 of the time they are lucid, is that common? I havent done any training I just dream about near enough what I want, Most dreams I have make me VERY depressed when I wake up and I have NO motivation at all.

What I normally do is I go to sleep real late and I will have the most vivid and clear dreams, I remember near enough all my dreams.

I can't wait for some dreaming tonight! :D

Natural recall isn't normal, not the being a natural lucid dreamer, but congratulations.
Also, why depressed? Dreams are a way to make life better, not to outshine it! Hope you have great dreams too.

That's good recall and what not, but like Hukif said, why would the dreams make you upset? Before going to bed, try to be calm or positive.

If you haven't been working on your recall, recalling that many dreams isn't common. A lot of people have to work to get good recall, you are really lucky! Natural lucid dreamers are more common, but still not very common. It still sounds like you need some improvement but you are getting there :)
