Hello
Just wanted to say hello and tell you a bit about myself.
I am new to the formal attempts at dream lucidity. I have had several lucid dreams throughout my life, and always enjoyed them immensely. While I haven't had too terribly many, I have had enough to convince me that the goal of initiating them is possible for me.
I generally have pretty good dream recall. I have never kept a dream journal, but am starting one now (on this site) and can already see that the discipline will help improve recall and deepen the connection between awake/dream worlds...and this connection could, once developed, help me to initiate lucid dreaming.
Not sure if this is too much info, so I'll stop here.

Hello michaelskar, welcome to DV :D
Yes, a dream journal is very very helpful. Not to mention it's your own report of your mighty (or just confusing xD) dream adventures :shadewink:
I was thinking on putting some of my favorite dreams one day and illustrate them properly, so many possibilities ^^
Enjoy yourself here, and post any more question/experiences you might want to :)

:welcome: I suspect you will be amazed at how much your recall improves when you start keeping a dream journal. Good luck :D
