      Back After a Hiatus

I guess this is a second introduction then,

I posted a little bit a while back, school and sports picked up and I didn't think to stop by here.

I'm only getting about one or two lucid dreams a month but hopefully with some luck and some guidance from the community I can start having them more frequently

      Whats new?

Welcome back Gamble! I remember seeing you around the forum before, and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more posts from you.

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Welcome back, I've found the more effort that you put in the more lucids you will get out. I didn't try at all for about 2 months and my lucid frequency dropped so fast.

Hi Gamble. Did you find that you were having a couple of lucids a month without trying or did you use some techniques?

I started to try and WILD but I couldn't seem to get into sleep paralysis. I usually just become lucid through DILDs. I'm going to start keeping a journal again and try some new techniques. What would be the easiest to start out with?
