Wondering
I was just wondering what peoples learning curves were for having consistent or semi-consistent Lucidity?
How long did it take you from discovering lucid dreaming until you were a regular to it?
I've been trying for five or six days now and have had one lucid dream (that of course I got extremely excited and woke up before being able to do a RC), but my dream recall has improved heavily. And I'm looking forward to being able to be lucid semi-regularly.
Also, in your opinion which was easier when you were first trying to become lucid MILD or WILD?

I'd say your rate is pretty normal. MILD is definitely easier than WILD. I'm a natural so I've always known about it. But after deciding to give it a try I used to have a lucid each weekend or a bit less than that. My LD rate was at 4-6 a month for half a year, then it changed to 6-8 for the next half year and was up at 14 once. It's around 6-8 now again though. The more you try the more lucidity you get. So keep at it and believe in yourself :)

Still not regular...I guess I dont practice ada much....

I agree with Matte, you're doing well for only being at it for five days. As for the techniques, it really depends on you. MILD is probably easier because it's a very generalized and minimal technique. WILD is easier if you can relax quickly and keep awareness for longer periods of time, while staying still.
It didn't take me long to get frequent LDs, only a few days, but it's different for everyone. It all depends on your motivation and intentions on becoming lucid.

Thanks for the replies! Yeah, I set my alarm for a couple hours before I wake up, but I always end up forgetting what I'm doing and just falling asleep.
