Starter Lucid Dreamer
Hello! Although I joined over a year ago I wasn't really active on this forums so I didn't even make a proper introduction of myself. I'm Freddy and today I have just experienced my first lucid dream ever. Even though it was not completely lucid and it only lasted 10-15 seconds I'm proud of it. I have wanted to lucid dream for a longer time but I had never achieved it before so this is really a new and good experience for me. If you guys have any tips or guides that would help out a really new lucid dreamer I'd be happy to read them :)

Welcome to DreamViews!
Wow, your first Lucid, eh? Nearly everyone here knows that great feeling. You're in good company.
At tthe top of this page are links for Home and Wiki. Click on either one and you will find tutorials and guides, definitions, methods, and a whole lot of other great information on Lucid Dreaming.
In addition, any of the staff here are great at answering questions. You can find a list of them by using the Drop Down menu above titles "Quick Links." You can also spot them on the forum by the colored stars by their username. Click on their picture and you can have the option to send them a private message or visit their profile.
The best way to start your path is begin writing down your dreams, every day, anything you can remember. This will help you recall and retain the dreams. You can even create your own Dream Journal on this site. A link at the top will take you to where you can do that. It really helps.
So, welcome to DV, and enjoy the forum! Happy dreaming!
