Hi!
My name's Ryan, I'm 16, and I'm from Scotland. I started on my journey to nightly lucid dreams about a week ago, have started a dream journal, and am improving my dream recall.
I'm going to stick to the MILD and WBTB method, with a mantra of "This is a dream" as I'm going to sleep. I will do RC's every time I walk through a doorway, get in a car, and use the bathroom. I'm hoping all this will lead me to a quick entry into lucid dreams :D
If you have any tips, I'd be more than happy to read 'em.

Good job on starting the dream journal already. I read them. Seems like your girlfriend and being in shops could be possible dream signs! Anyway, your RC's and MILD method sound like a great start. I would love to know how your progression goes. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

Thanks a lot :D I'm thinking about changing to MILD+ADA. Dunno how it will go, but progress is slow just now (as it always is when people first begin).
