I think I'm back?
Hey there DV! I've been off for quite a long time because of my first year of university. I haven't been lucid in a long time, but now I'm done my first year and I have a lot of time to work on my lucid dreaming :).
As of right now I have no recall, so I will be working on that for the next couple of weeks and might try WILD as well. I really miss this place, and of course the awesome members of DV :). It feels good to be back.

Great to have you back! It can be good to start over from scratch some times. I had been in a bad dry spell and I broke it a couple nights ago by clearing my mind of every trying and trying to start over and I got a lucid the first night. We can start over together and may be get back to our shared dreaming attempts!

welcome back maybe!
:welcome:
I am in university and don't always post as much as I'd like, but LDing is all about habit building. So I would suggest building habits you can take with you, even past the summer. Habits that don't take up too much time but will eventually do wonders for your ability to LD. DJing is the core of the habits, from my perspective. Sometimes I only have time to write a few lines after waking up 15 minutes before class, but its better than nothing! WBTB are a lot tougher with how sporadic my sleep schedule is, but I try to include one when I know I am getting at least 6 hours of sleep. For better or for worse, I am much better at WILDs than DILDs, so I have to kind of work around my sleep schedule to try to throw in a good WBTB. You can also definitely try them during naps (I take em a lot to make up for lost sleep). I dunno why, but sometimes I get lucid during naps, or get an onset of SP.
Anyways, good luck! Wish ya success on your lucid adventures!
Edit: Oh and if you are a partier, the hangover-induced LD tends to happen a lot too. But its such a painful way to try to get an LD...
