      Yo

Hi, I figured since everyone else is introducing themselves I might as well too. I'm 18, from California, and I like unicycling and dreaming, among other things. I would guess I've had around 100 lucid dreams since I found out about it a couple years ago. Before that I had a lot of technically lucid dreams, because I did realize I was dreaming, but usually they were just bad dreams that I chose to wake up from, and I didn't think of trying to control them. I found this site a year or two ago, but was busy with other things at the time. I just recently noticed some B6 in my medicine cabinet that I got when i first got into lucid dreaming, and I took one and that night. Maybe it wasjust from the placebo effect, but I had one of my coolest lucid dreams yet (maybe I'll write about it in the experiences forum), which got me interested in the whole thing again. That was about a week ago, and I've taken b6 everynight since, and I've had another 4 lucid dreams.
So there's my intro. I probably won't post much, usually I just read forums I join, but every once in a while I might have a dream that's worth sharing.

      hi
I take B6 in a complex of B vitamins, and i've noticed since i've been taking that for the last six weeks, my dream imagery is definitely clearer...It's 2mg of B6, but i'm thinking of switching and upping it, maybe taking my B complex as well as that...
I know what you mean about realising you're dreaming in a nightmare, you get too terrified to do anything, except wake up.

Well, I also take meds that have 250 mgs of B6 (3 in the morning, & 2 at night)... I have been taking meds like that since I was 3!
100 LDs ?!! That is so awesome!!
      BTW, welcome to the forum!
