      New to LD

      Hello I'm new to this website and I Just became fascinated with LD so much that I Wanted to try it, so then I did (barely) it seems as if when im entering the phase where I notice my body falling asleep i start to get exited My heart beats fast thus waking me up this has happened three times when I used the WILD thing.


      I cant really stop this or calm down this is where I f**k up
      So I have never been in a full lucid dream, just momentarily.
      Can anyone help me please

      The heart beating is just HH, just try to calm down and if anything enjoy it, the sensations should pass and an image should form.
      Make sure you are attempting with WBTB.

      Thanks for the reply! but yeah i cant try taking deep breaths it would wake me up you know,
      The first time i entered waking sleep i was calm and submissive but i noticed two hands cover my eyes in the sleep as if for real! it freaked me out

      LD seems easy actually when im calm plus I have a good memory with dreams I even remember the last nightmare i had, even dreams as far as 10 years ago. 17 btw

      What does HH mean btw?
