Congratulations on your lucid!

Ahhh my first lucid was like that, I didn't know anything about stability or reality checks it was all awareness.

I recommend starting a Dream Journal if you haven't already.

Hopefully this is a good sign that you are on the right track. Many more lucids to come.

Hey, congrats on getting lucid. Even if it was short, that feeling of sudden awareness is fascinating. When I had my first lucid dream, I had a similar experience. I had an explosion of sensation--I was one with the dream. My body was tingling. It was exhilarating. I woke up immediately.

I'm glad that you've seen some progress with your lucid dreams. I hope that you continue to see more progress! Azul is right, a dream journal would be helpful. Have you been doing anything else to try to have LDs?
