Hi everyone ! What's up ?

Hi guys , i feel like i just need to tell a little part of my LD story so here i go :P

I heard about this whole dreaming universe actually in 9Gag , tho the info posted there couldn't be more wrong, confusing and kinda scary BUT , luckily i stumbled upon Rebecca Turner's site , where she recommended Dream Views .
I guess i can say that i had about 3 short LD episodes which i woke up from the excitement and 1 fairly long compared to the others that i managed to stay calm and analyzed my hands for about 2 minutes ( my right pinky was missing lol ), and then unfortunately i had the " brilliant " idea to try to change my dreamscape to a beach just by touching the floor(i was at my room with my door opened ) , my lack of experience and wrong expectation made me spot a little boy walking down the hall ( i didnt had the time to see his face but something makes me thing it was me at age 8 ) and woke me up .
I've been lately trying to WILD , and i guess i'm having success on the relaxing and holding still part , BUT , when the pressure on chest comes ( which i'm presuming is my body entering SP ) , i unfortunately get too anxious ( probably because the statements i readed on 9GAG about SP ), i start to breath heavily and my heart REALLY starts bumping faster and faster , and i break out of it .

That's it guys , sorry about my bad english and my long post, i just felt like i should share it :)
Any suggestion about what i'm having will be greatly aprecciated :banana:

Well, the WILD part you'll overcome sooner or later. Just try to ignore the sensations you're feeling and visualize or focus on the various things you see. Also make sure you do it when napping or during a WBTB, never at the start of the night.

There are other techniques you should look into, mainly DILD and MILD and also DEILD.

If you're wondering about something, don't hesitate to ask!

Thanks Matte ! I actually was doing it at the beggining of the night with some brainwave entrainment . I guess i can say that i'm having SP fear ... i just want to know how it is like but at the same time i dont want the girl from The Grudge to be there with me , you know ?
Until now my SP experience is limited to the pressure thingy , the sensation of floating above my bed while at the same time i feel sinking into my bed , i didn't hear any buzzing or sounds probably because of the brainwave playing in my headphones . Anyway, how is your SP experiences like ? :banana:
