Newbie Checking In

Hello all! I'm so glad I found this place.

I first became interested in lucid dreaming many years ago after reading Patricia Garfield's Creative Dreaming. I found that I have very good dream recall, but haven't had a lot of success achieving lucidity as often as I'd like. I do tend to get frustrated and give up for a while. But I've slowly been making progress each time I come back to it.
