      Post Hi :)

      Hello my nick name is Zky.. i am a girl. I am not new to the world of lucid dreaming but i have never had one, would loved if it did. Well i really like this forum. It has presented me many information about lucid dreaming.

      Currently i will be heading towards the the MILD technique only. I have read that if you wake up between the dream ('cause of your set alarm), you remember your dream clearly.. well i am happy to say that i don't need alarm these days 'cause nearly for 4 days i wake a between the dreams and i remember it so clear . I don't need a journal cuz' i remember my dreams and i am happy for that! I am new to this forum but have read few articles and post ,etc.

      People here are very helpful to others and i am sure they will help me too to achieve success I am sure i will have lucid dreams if i be stuck to this forum and my efforts Thankyou !!

      Hi Zky, good luck at DV's.

      After a while from now, you might want to reflect back on a few notes you had from your dreams at this time.
      Just a few keywords to point out what happened would work fine.

      Welcome to DV! Congrats to your good memory! But as dreamerJohn says, DJ is good for many things. Other than a few years from now it will be fun to read, it can help you find your dream signs. Also patterns, that will help you see your days with great/no recall, lucid dreams and how they relate to your sleeping habits and other influences.

      Writing in DJ also tells your mind, that dreams and remembering them is important to you, so it will help you with both. Happy dreams

      Thank you very much, i do keep a DJ with me.. i noted down many dreams too and it has helped me too find a dream sign that is a friend of mine which i see in my many of dreams. Thanks for the tip!
