Whats up everybody
i just wanted to start out by saying that im new to forums and im not sure how people will see this if they see it but, im going to be posting experiments and experiances ive had with dreams lucid dreams and OBEs if you will
, ive experianced about 5 lucid dreams so far only two ive been able to stabalize and not wake up, so any advice anyone can give me would be great :D.
So when i goto sleep tonight, Ill be taking 250mg of Vitamin B-6 and 1 magnesium pill ive had two greatly vivid and lucid dreams on these so lets hope ill get em again,
and im going to try the DEILD method for lucid dreaming when i wake, hopefully it works.

Welcome to DV! Short LD's are common in the beginning. Just relax once you get lucid and active your senses. Tell yourself that you won't wake up unless you're ready to and really believe in yourself when you're saying that. Stabilize casually and don't think too much about the fact that you're dreaming. Just go with the flow.

Thanks!, and next time i lucid dream ill do that : ) usually my LD's have a weak feeling to them as if im teetering on the waking and dreaming scale, this may be what prolongs them, again thanks : )
