Hello guys! I am a frequent visitor of this site, and it is one of my favorite tools for lucid dreaming, I decided to finally be social and maybe create a DJ on here. Talking about lucid dreaming during the day with others also increases the chances I suppose.
I started working on lucid dreaming a couple years ago, I record my dreams off and on, and I guess, this month, I'm currently in the mood for lucid dreaming. Even when I'm not trying to have lucid dreams, I will still have one about once a month, and occasionally OBE's as well, although my lucid dreams are never vivid enough, so I guess thats why I decided to record and do reality checks again. And it's working! I currently have about 5 non-lucid dreams a night. (morning probably.) And I even had one last night.
I woke myself up at 5:00 am, which is about 6 hours of sleep for me. I was half asleep and delirious and I automatically tried to go into SP, and I did within seconds it seemed. I tried to keep as relaxed as I can, (I find it easier to be relaxed the quicker I try to fall asleep after I wake up, however I am less aware.) and my head vibrated intensely and my limbs became numb. I immediately started seeing the hypnagogic Imagery and my heart started racing. My eyelids became a blue sky, and I started walking across a field. At this point, its like I saw a non-lucid dream through a window in my lucid dream, and I had no other choice but to enter non-lucidity. I then began to have very vivd, but normal dreams for the rest of the night.
So yeah, I guess thats why I'm here, to become a better lucid dreamer, socialize and mostly increase my recall. Hello again and thank you, you'll probably see me around. : )
