Hey
Hello, I only found out about Lucid Dreaming 1 or 2 hours ago and I have been hooked on it since I found out.
Luckily I remember one of my dreams from last night so I managed to start a Dream Journal. A technique I learned for lucid dreaming is drawing two dots on your thumbs (One on each) and ever couple of minutes look down at them and say "I am not dreaming." I don't know if this will work when I go to sleep tonight as I know it takes a while to actually get the hang of Lucid Dreaming.
Any other techniques you would like to share with me? If so, I am more than happy to learn them!
Thanks for reading

If you really want a LD tonight then believe in yourself super hard and repeat a mantra as you go to sleep. "I'm dreaming" works great for me. You can also plan a bit ahead what you'll do once you get lucid, visualize yourself flying or shooting out fireballs with your hands. The more you long to get lucid, the more likely it will happen.
Working on your recall daily, daydreaming and longing for a lucid dream and practicing whatever technique you choose is all you need :)
