Greetings
Hello,
My name is Nikko and I registered here after searching for "Lucid Dream Forum" on Google. The reason is I've recently read about Lucid Dreams and today I tried to do it myself. I did not manage to enter it completely but I felt I was on my way.
So I joined because I thought it would be educating and interesting to talk with other about my own and others experience.
I will create a new thread regarding my first try to Lucid Dream today, and I hope I was on the right way.
Welcome Me! :)

Hi nikkop :)
Welcome to dreamviews! Its the best website to learn about lucid dreaming. If you havent already you should read through the wiki and pick a good induction technique. If you think you might need extra help you can join a class. We meet in the chat and just generally have a good time.
Good luck on having some lucids.
(P.S. This is something I wish someone had told me when I started this. You should start recording your dreams every day. That way you can remember them and it makes your dreams more vivid.)

Hey! Welcome to dv.
Check out http://www.dreamviews.com/f20/beginn...eaming-124786/
That should give you a nice overview of all the techniques and some fairly useful information.
After that, choose a technique you think will fit you. I highly suggest MILD for anybody starting out lucid dreaming, check out this tutorial here for more info - http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/naiyas...hnique-119050/
Few tips
*Don't go technique jumping, find one or two and make it work for you. (It is possible, and even encouraged to practice a few techniques at once)
*Stay positive ^___^ You'll get the much wanted results eventually.
*Journal every day, it's the key factor in dreaming. It may seem unpleasant, but it's worth it. Using a voice recorder and just talking about your dreams is an easier and just as effective alternative. The dream journal application on dv is also a very helpful tool, this way you can get feedback on your dreams.
If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask.
Good luck and happy dreaming. ^^
