Sudden lucidity

last night at approximately 9pm I was dreaming the setting was dark and there was a purple vase infront of me and just then it breaks and I say aloud with excitement " this isn't real I am dreaming!" . So I look at my hands to achieve further lucidity and they are big, black, veiny, and have claws. I remember the woman at my meditation centre told me to say show me the dreamer while dreaming. So I start yelling that and things start to shake I fall to my knees disoriented with my vision blurred by white light and I awake with my sister calling my name

Sounds like a fairly nice lucid.just remember to take a bit of time to calm yourself before you take off in your dream.

What were your expectations when you yelled "Show me the dreamer?" Now that you are awake, what do you imagine should have happened?

I don't know man I just tried it I thought maybe iwould see some sort mind essence or something like that who knows. I was way to caught up in the moment of becoming 100% lucid to concentrate correctly
