Hello DV from Moon-Wolfe
Hello Dream View members
I am Moon-Wolfe Aka Damien I am 22 years old and from Stoke on Trent within the UK I am Pagan and I am new at Lucid dreaming and would love to learn and know more about it, I have had some odd dreams in the past where my dreams seem 100% real like I am in the dream but them dreams or when I think my partner (fiancee) going leave or cheat one me and my other dream I always have is that I am getting beating up by my step dad which I have told no one about till now, cause in real life I was badly attacked by him so I dont know why I keep getting this horrible dreams every now and then but sometimes when I cry in dreams I am crying in real life also and its just horrible and a nightmare really.
if you would like know any more about me just ask me any questions.
Cheers
Moon-Wolfe

Hi Moon-Wolf,
Firstly welcome to DV.
There is lots of info. and a Wiki on this site, plus a range of tutorials, etc. A dream journal may help you in your quest also, as you get to recognise your own personal dreamsigns.
I'm sorry to hear about your stepdad and the nightmares. I too have been going through a really bad patch this last few months lately, and like you say they can manifest back in your dreams, causing nightmares, etc.
I think lucid dreaming gives you the chance to work out anxieties, etc. I know it's not the perfect answer and cannot solve every problem. However sometimes it helps writing things down (DJ) plus you find out more about yourself.
Good luck.
