Newbie Here!
Hello! I recently got interested in the concept of lucid dreaming after I read about it.
It sounded oddly familiar because I think I may have experienced Lucid Dreaming, but only to the point where I realized that I was dreaming. Then I awoke immediately after, doing one of those things where your whole body just does a huge jerk.
Maybe I'll get passed that point one day? I guess that's why I'm here.
Wish me Luck!

Welcome to the forum!
I wish you luck! :)
It s common to wake immediately after a lucid dream. With time and luck this can fade so you stay in the LD longer. The jerky movement is common and normal also.
We have a lot of information here so I'm going to start with a standard introduction: http://www.dreamviews.com/f20/beginn...eaming-124786/
For you, because of what you said, I'm also going to point you to the Stabilization Tutorial in our WIKI: Dream Stabilization and Clarity Tutorial - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views
Those links should get you on the right path, particularly the Stabilization Tutorial.
If you have any questions I'm here to answer them. You can post on the forum or if you want direct help you can click on my profile name to send me a private message.
Happy dreaming! :)
