Hello everyone
Hello, I stumbled across this site while looking for ways to have more LDs and thought it had a lot of information so here I am, I had my first lucid dream when I was in 5th grade but didn't really do anything in it except follow along with what was happening in the dream. It took me two more LDs before I though to do any research on the topic and eventually I ended up here. Currently I am looking for a way to have LDs with as little effort as possible, any suggestions?

hello! welcome to DV. I am also pretty new to this site and lucid dreaming itself. however in the first 4 days ive been trying ive had 2 lds already. both of them were DILD.
as to your question about getting them effortlessly, id say either DILD or DEILD. it makes DILD so much easier if you practise ADA (All day awareness) but there are threads all over this web site with many different techniques that you may find helpful
sorry if i didnt really help but i hope you find what youre looking for!

Hi, welcome to DV! :) I'm new to this site too! People suggested MILD, best for beginner I believe. I had my first LD pretty quick after joining! DJ is a must for Lucid dreaming, it's not too much effort! What HatsuneMiku01 said is good too!

Hey Nakara! Welcome to Dreamviews! :)
I think one of the easiest techniques that requires the lest amount of effort is MILD. MILD stands for Mnemonically Induced Lucid Dream. It was originally created by Stephen LaBerge. One of my favorite MILD tutorials on the site is by the member, Naiya. Check out her tutorial by clicking here. It should explain things pretty well. Here is the official Dreamviews Wiki tutorial. Hope this helps a bit. Best of luck :)

Hey, Nakara, and welcome to Dreamviews! And the easiest method I could think of is probably DEILD. You just have to get your timing right to wake up at night, stay still, and you should be in a lucid dream in no time!
Good luck getting more LD's, hopefully I'll see you around the site! :)

Okay, MILD seems easy enough so I think I will try that for a while. Thanks for the help everyone.
