Woohoo it works !
Hi all :okbyenow:
After finding this site ive been trying to become lucid for about a week now, and last night i
think i made it. I woke up after 5 hours of sleep and tried to stay awake but feel asleep right
away, then i woke up and everything in my room had changed colour. So i performed a reality
check and realised i was dreaming, the only thing apart from that i can remember, is that i
changed the landscape at some point. When i was going to put it all in my journal i had forgot
most of the dream. :( Cant wait until tonight :wink:

Hey congrats!! Wow a lucid after just one week that's awesome!
It's great that you woke up at the time you did...did you set your alarm to attempt a WBTB or WILD or something? You were in prime REM mode then so good job. Next time try to wake up right after your lucid so that you don't forget it and you can write it down. I hate forgetting lucids!! Also...when you wake up try not to move for a second and go back and think about everything that you just experienced. It will help you to be able to remember it. Sometimes when you wake up and go to write something down immediately without thinking it through first you will tend to forget.

Yes, i had set my alarmclock and i was trying to perform a WILD. Fell asleep directly
After i had turned off the alarm tough. :roll: And thx for the tip, il try not to fall asleep directly
after my next LD and write it down.
