Hey there lockwoodhorne! :welcome:
What exactly did you experience? I'm really curious!
See ya later, and feel free to ask questions or share your ideas with us.
Last night I tried the Steven LaBerge MP3's, and had a false awakening that scared the bloody life out me! I don't really scare that easily, but clearly enough to bring me here!
I thought I was awake, and opened my eyes and there was this dude standing in the corner of my room, that looked like the screamer from the "Come to Daddy" video - straight after a gentle but every exact and vivid bell started to ring in both ears (like a handheld bell) but after the scary dude I woke myself the hell up.
Guess I'll try again tonight!
Thanks for reading!
Good luck on your attempt! It's okay to feel fear at first, but just know that it is all in your mind! You can do anything you want with it, and with practice, you will. Isn't it just amazing how real everything feels? And how your mind can simulate such things without your knowing? I think it's really amazing!
How long have you been into lucid dreaming or dreaming in general? :D
Oh cooool! Congrats on the lucids  That sounds like dream chaining, where you keep waking up, falling back to sleep, getting lucid and continuing the previous dream.

And I'd suggest getting started on a dream journal! It greatly helps you recall your dreams, find dream signs, and just overall fun to re-read in the future. There's a dream journal system here on the site, so you can check that out as well if you're interested.
