      Red face A newbie that just found out about Lucid Dreaming.

      Hello, my name is Ana Maria. I've just recently found about Lucid Dreaming and I've tried to get as much information about it. I've never tried it, though, now, I am in the learning phase. So I feel as I've finally found the perfect forum.

      Anyway, I suggest getting started on a dream journal right away! Just try to write down any dreams you recall. Soon enough, your recall will get a boost and you'll be lucid dreaming in no time ;D
