Hi everyone...
...I'm new to lucid dreaming, I am seventeen and I'm from Italy. I also play synth and guitar in an electro-indie rock band. I have experienced lucid dreaming a couple of times though when I was a kid because for some months I became obsessed with it, and wanted so badly to experience it that it occurred me. Of course I was only a small kid (7 or 8 y.o.) and I couldn't browse the Internet so I missed some very important information that could help me in lucid dreaming, and so I stopped to lucid dream quite soon. :?
Now I re-discovered the thing, and finding out there was a whole forum about me kinda surprised me :)
I didn't experience any other lucid dreams, and I hope this forum will help me in the process :cheeky:
I apologize for my english, please be patient if I don't understand something or if my grammar isn't perfect...

Welcome to DV!
With dedication and in time you'll have plenty of them, just practice a technique and make sure you write down all the dream you have.
If you're wondering about something, feel free to ask :)

Thanks :D I just have one question: how long should my sleeping cycle be? I was thinking about 8 hours, is that ok?

Every sleeping cycle is around 90-100 minutes long, this is individual. Same goes for how much sleep you need, it depends on you as a person. 8 hours is a good amount of sleep though :)
