Hello! newbie here!!
Hi, I just thought I'd quickly introduce myself before I have good luck around.
I'm from the uk and 27!
I've always had very vivid dreams, sometimes they feel real. I can often wake my self from dreams and remember dreams most nights, but more then often I only really remember dreams by colour, presence and feelings. Sometimes I remember silly little details that seem pointless.
At the moment I seen to be haunted by similer dreams. I keep dreaming of a school teacher I had a bit of a crush on. The crush started from a dream when I was about 13! Can remember it detail to detail. Then about 6 months ago, I started dreaming of him again. In lots of different ways, but there is always a strong connection, very deep and meaningful and if I'm honest, its driving me a little bit potty. I'm not sleeping well and want to know why after a decade I'm dreaming of this man (and strangely he has aged in my dreams. He would be about 13 years older then myself!) I am dreaming of him probaly about 3-4 times per week.
Anyway, I will be using this site alot. I have many strange dreams....disturbing, distressing and sometimes the same dream when I was 6. If I close my eyes I can still re play a dream I had when I was four with perfect detail. That will be for another time.
I want to learn how to control my dreams and would like to understand them alot more and it was by chance I came across this site tonight!!

Hi, and welcome to DreamViews!
You are in a good crowd with so many here wondering why a dream recurs or what it means. We have extensive sections for Dream Recall, Recurring Dreams and Dream Interpretation, not to mention all the areas for regular dreams and lucid dreams.
I suggest starting here: http://www.dreamviews.com/f20/beginn...eaming-124786/
Get familiar with some of the basics and an idea of some of the things people try to remmeber dreams and control them.
If you have any questions you can post on the forum or ask any staffmember(like me) to help. You can send any member a private message by clicking on their profile name.
Pleasant dreams! :)
