Brand new and sharing for the first time

Hi all!
I read one of the intro forum posts and it said to post as much info about myself as i possibly could so here goes:

My name is Brendan and i'm a 23 year old male from Austraila. My parents divorced when i was 4 and i have 3 brothers, one older and two younger. I have a girlfriend at the moment who i have been living with for the last year and a half and is my first real relationship.
I have a history of depression and have been hospitalised due to suicide attempts but that was over 5 years ago and since then i have been living the dream! (No pun intended...kinda)

My reason for looking into dream interpretion is to do with dreams i've been having over the last two years that have been getting more and more intense but not in a good way.
I'm not sure if this is where i post my dreams ready for interpretation so i'll just hang out for awhile!

As paigey says, post your dreams for interpretation in linked forum. And if you interested in learning how to have lucid dreams, please check out this Beginners guide. Then post your questions and we'll take it from there.

BTW, lucid dreaming is a great way to combat nightmares, because in LD you realize you are dreaming so stuff is less scary, and you can change your dreamscape and maybe even end the nightmares. Happy dreams.
