Hello :)
Hi I'm Jackie
I'm a lucid dreamer by pure chance, I didn't set out to do it, it just happens. I fly all of the time and swim like an olympian. I have been having this fizzing feeling when falling asleep for about 15 years and was always scared by it until recently. I had what I now know was an astral projection (i know sounds totally farfetched, which is why i'm discussing it on the internet lol) and it was the most amazing experience of my life. I'm looking forward to hearing about others experiences and sharing mine.

Welcome! ;)
Don't apologize for astral projection it's not farfetched it's just not accepted yet, just as lucid dreaming wasn't accepted some years ago.
If astral projection only was mindcreated and as people will say JUST a "dream" well then why can people who doesn't even know what it is experience things like this?!

I am currently trying to learn to do it regularly and I practce it daily and nightly ^-^ Check out my Dream Journal for inspiration and I would also very much like to hear about your experience :)
Sweet dreams!
