Hello
I've been interested in lucid dreaming, as well as Tibetan Buddhism and Bon and the parallel techniques of dream yoga within that tradition, for quite some time. I've had several on and off attempts to develop a steady lucid dreaming practice, with a smattering of lucid dreams that whetted my appetite to go further.
I figured that it could only strengthen the practice to make contact with other lucid dreamers and enter a community of people dedicated to the same goal. Looking forward to hearing your stories, taking advantage of the resources here, connecting with some of you and sharing the journey towards waking up.

Welcome to Dreamviews!
I think Lucid dreaming goes hand in hand with Buddhism, bon, yoga, meditation... and you will find bunch of people here interested in that (including myself).
For the beginning, you could check out the classes in DV Academy, to join and participate, or just to read the awesome articles. Looking forward to your posts. Happy dreams:alien:

Welcome Andrew :meditate: The Dream Guides can help you find your path :)
Lol trying to be deep  What I am trying say is that if you have ANY questions don't hesitate to ask ;)
Meditate daily, dream nightly, and learn constantly.
Namaste :)

You are in the right place :D I haven't been practicing lately, but I used to teach at the local Tibetan center. I hope I can pick your brain. I would love to get back into dream yoga.
