Hi ! I'm a newbie :)
Hello there, Iv'e heard about lucid dream on a post I don't remember the website though, it was suggesting to stay laying in your bed for 30 minute, and to NOT move, and when you feel like numb you open your eyes and BAM lucid dream.
I tried but it didn't work... I really want to live a lucid dream ! Where should I begin I've read a lot of technique but I just can't decide which one is for me.
Thanks !
P.S: I am not native english speaker, I am French Canadian. Olease don't blame me for my grammatical errors :cheeky:

Welcome!
It's a bit more complicated than that :P If you check this tutorial out: http://www.dreamviews.com/f20/beginn...eaming-124786/ you'll learn about almost all you need to know.
I suggest you try each technique out, and if you can't combine your lifestyle with a technique then go for another one. All of them are effective in their own way.
