Hello Dreamer zone...
My nick name is Ngger, i'm newbie for Lucid Dreaming... but i'm trying to get dream... Help me please... :D
Welcome!
Just curious, why did you choose that name? Also, everything you need to get started is in here: http://www.dreamviews.com/f20/beginn...eaming-124786/
Got any questions after reading that? Ask away :)
this is my 5th trying, but why so hard to identify the large dark room and ride into dream land ya?
Welcome :) There are lots of guides here that you can read that will help you get started.
The link Matte87 sent you will get you started ;)
If you want your questions answered you have to be a little more specific. For example what do you mean by identify a large dark room and ride into a dreamland?
Do you mean how to go from the darkness behind your closed eyes to the dream?
If English is a problem you can try Google Translate just type in the the question in your language and then copy the English translation of it and paste it here, and I will try to answer your question.
Good luck ;)
Thanks, that's i meant.
after experiencing SP, it would appear sound and color to set on the large dark room. while in the large dark room, my conscience is very thin and i finally woke up in the morning without having LD. i have tried to resuscitate however, suddenly disappear.
now, my question is. can i got helped while on dream by dream telepathy to go to the dream land?
If you believe in it, sure :)
Of course, this night i have a dream but not LD... just remember a little bit of my dream... huft, must do more practice yaaa... thanks, my friends...
Good :) Now listen since you are a beginner it is easy to fall into the trap of focusing on each attempt and think "Ok no lucid deam this night either..." over and over and that mindset will bring you many nights without lucid dreams also called dryspells. Instead think "What happend in this dream is there something I was extra aware of, that I don't usually are?"
So you change the negative perspective to a positive one.
I didn't had a lucid dream this night either, but I had two very vivid dreams and if I ask myself WHY that happend, which I will write in my Dream Journal, I can come up with some useful conclusions.
(This mindset applies to everything in life!)
Don't let your "failures" drag you down, focus on the successes that lies hidden, learn from this and see if it can help you reach the top.
Namaste :meditate:
I'll try it my friends... thanks ya... tomorrow i'll share it... :)
Today, i dream of being on campus (my college) with a model that is not like the campus building's in the real world. That seemed like the college i wanted, but in the dream I was not aware either.
I want to asked, my REM sleep very quickly after sleeping. About 1 hour after closing my eyes. if it true, why i got this REM sleep so fast?
Thanks before my friends...
If you are sleep deprived, which means that you haven't got enough sleep, the brains does something called REM-Rebound. That means that your instantly or faster than usual entering the REM.
For example one night when I had been gaming at my friend's house and not slept at all for 24 hours, I started dreaming almost as soon as my head touched the pillow. ^-^
So perhaps you was a little sleep deprived.
yes, that's right. this day, i did not get the dream... i forget about what i dream last night, because my body so tired at all... but thanks my friends bout your support... :)
