just registered needing guidance...pls
only just regustered on this site, after reading loads of stuff on the net about lucid dreaming, astral projection, remote viewing e..t.c after experiencing my first sleep paralysis episode and sort of learning to control the anxiety as a gateway to lucid dreams, just wondering where to go from here, if you've got any tips, i don't know if you've seen that film what the bleep do we know? about quantum physics, starting to belive that could be an explanation for remote viewing? everything is part of everything else we just don't belive we can access it all?! just wondering on peoples views as i think my friends are starting to think im going mad as they are a bit skeptical about this sort of stuff? what can i try and do now, where to go from here etc?
