Thought I'd say hello and talk about my interests in lucid dreaming and astral projection.
I've been interested in lucid dreaming for a while now. I've had a few lucid dreams and want to have more.
After I learned about lucid dreaming I found out about astral projection. I'd like to explore both. They are my current interests.
I've read part of some books on the subjects. Right now I'm working on dream recall. I had my first lucid dream in a long while
recently where I noticed I was in a room I didn't recognize. Then I jumped up on a bed... saying "I can fly" a bunch of times. Then I went through the ceiling, then over the house and into space. Then I woke up...

Well you came to the right place! What books have you read so far on lucid dreaming and astral projection? You should read Stephen Laberge's 'Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" if you haven't yet!

Thanks! I'm reading the book you mentioned now. I'm also reading Astral Projection and the Nature of Reality: Exploring the Out-of-Body State by John Magnus. Pretty interesting book.

Seems like your on the right track, working on your recall and everything :). Congrats on the recent lucid too! Hopefully you'll have a ton more in the near future.
