Cool Yay for finding you guys again!!!

Haha! I remember being obsessed with dreamviews.com when I was 13, maybe? Now I'm 18 and my interest in this sort of stuff had been waning but not anymore I'm excited to get into reading the tutorials and also seeing other peoples experiences!!! Sleeping makes me so excited sometimes LOL!

Used to lucid dream so easily but not lately so I'm working at it again. Just read a great tutorial about inducing sleep paralysis and will give it a try now. I just love the existence of this web site :')

Welcome to Dreamviews! Glad you found us!

About the SP - You don't need SP to WILD. It works for some, but doesn't for many. If the tutorial you read don't work for you, check out this one WILD (sageous)..

      Happy dreams

      Welcome kiwifrommars!

I love your positive energy, Dreamviews will be happy to have you!

As gab said sleep paralysis is not necessary for WILD, instead switch that idea to deep states of relaxation. Although not even that is necessary either... xD

The only thing necessary is that your consciousness change where it is focusing, and if you observe the brain it will be showed by what brain waves or brain frequency that it is in. And by that time we are already relaxed and our body is paralysed. So a switch in where your consciousness if focusing is what you should aim for.

However since that is very hard to just do, a good starting point is to focus on relaxation, because we all know how that is done, don't we?

So find ways to relax your body fully (and maintaining awareness), and you will then start to experience different states of mind and eventually feel that shift in consciousness and find yourself in a dream. You go through these states each night, but unconsciously so by doing this aware is another way of explaining conscious sleep.

I hope you'll enjoy this experience of the consciousness, and I wish you good luck! And remember to always ask if you need help!

MasterMind, thank you for the warm welcome Hehe it's good SP isn't really needed as it usually freaks me out when it happens but I'm happy to have any kind of cool and interesting experiences in my sleep really! Thanks for all your tips! "Feel that shift in consciousness and find yourself in a dream. You go through these states each night" That was a cool reminder haha thanks! Gotta remember to try something cool every night
