Weird SP experience

So, I just tried WBTB for the first time. It was quite something. Lots of things happened.

First I tried WILDing. It went okay, I didn't saw any hypnojadajada imagery, but I am quite an auditory person, so I heard sounds instead. I heard screms, horrific screams. Didn't let that scare me, it was acctually quite cool. What scared me was the SP, though I could breathe it scared me anyways (normally in SP's I can't breathe). So I gave up WILDing, and decided to just fall asleep instead. My mind just wandered of and I began to dream instantly, it was a sex dream btw, it began with a nice song I made up in my head. It would have been a nice dream, if I hadn't woken up instantly after it begun. I thought, cool, I can fall into a dream instantly by just letting my mind wander of. So I tried it again. This time I had a dream that I was listening to a Pulsedriver "German Acid" tune. Woke up instantly again though. I thought, well, since I had tried WILDing and had two momentary dreams today I'll just go to sleep and try WBTB tomorrow again.

Here's what happened next:

I fell asleep, and woke up to an SP, a real one this time, could hardly breathe. So I thought, "DAMN IT, NOT AGAIN!!", and tried to relax and fall asleep. It didn't work. I must have layed there for over a minute. I had never had an SP that long before, so I panicked. I got to wake up, I said to myself. So I kicked and yelled but nothing happened. Then I noticed I could open my eyes, so I opened my eyes. That's wierd, I said to myself, I don't remember opening my eyes before during an SP. maybe 3 minutes of SP until that moment. Scary shit. After a moment I could move some parts of my body. This is not how SP's are supposed to work, I said. So I did an RC, tried to move one hand through the other. They seemed solid, so I turned the lamp on. That's when I woke up. Now, either I dreamt about having a freakish SP, or I acctually did have a freakish SP. It seemed so real. But on the other hand I think it was dark in the room, though I fell asleep at 10 in the morning.

Anyways it was pretty scary. I think, if it was a dream, that I did have an acctual SP, then fell asleep, and my mind just made up this SP-dream.

I'll try WBTB tomorrow again. But I'm not sure if I'll WILD or MILD. Cause WILDing seems so cool, but on the other hand I hate SP's... Maybe I'll just let my mind wander of. I had 3, or 2, dreams by just doing that.

EDIT: Gave it another thought. Could this have been an OBE?! Because as I moved to turn the light on I felt reeeaaally weird, and I think I can remember that I saw or felt myself still lying down on the bed. Also I had a quick flash of me looking in the mirror as I laid in the bed. The mirror isn't visible from the bed. And I looked like some sort of spirit thing.
