Hello!

Hi everyone, I'm just introducing myself here. I've been interested in lucid dreams for a while, but the past few weeks I've especially tried to train and increase the frequency of them. I've had 2 1/2 lucid dreams in my life and none have lasted very long. This forum seems like a great place to anonymously post about my experiences and have certain questions answered by other members, which is why I wanted to join. I hope to see some of you around!
