Greetings.
I've been on and off this website since 2009 when I first got into L.D., but only recently did I decide to click the register button.
Since 2009 I've had four lucid dreams. Two of them I got so excited I woke up, another one I became lucid but as soon as the scenery changed I forgot I was dreaming. And one I had recently where I remembered to spin but weirdly enough I woke up in a dream within the dream so I thought I had woken up for real.
When it comes to LD I go from periods of overconfidence and then utter lost of hope where I go months without even thinking about LD.
Anyway, I look forward meeting fellow Lucid Dreamers and not giving up again and wasting time!

Welcome. I've given up before on lucid dreaming, but I continue to come back. My encouragement is generally me coming back and reading a dj entry i posted and it lets me relive my dream. I'd suggest starting a dream journal on this site and make a habit of posting in it daily, even if you don't lucid dream. Just posting it and doing things related to lucid dreaming can help you lucid dream more.
