You can buy things at the market with your hall points, for example, changing your username, etc.

As for the title, it's probably one of those frequent things that every forum has to show how long and how much you have posted at the forum.
I would like some user title options in the market please!
You might be able to edit your user title if you're an executive member. Might, I'm not sure either.
