Hi everyone,
I'm Max and i'm from England. I had my first lucid dream the other day but I didn't know what it was at the time. It only lasted about a minute but it was awesome. When looking up what it was and if I could make myself have one again I found this site. Lucid dreaming seems really interesting and I hope to have a lot more in the future.

It's great to see that so many people are waking up and become aware of the existence of lucid dreaming. :)
But it is great that you already have experienced one becaus it will be easier for you recognise the feeling of dreaming in the future.

I have had a look around the forums and the various guides here and I think I will be sticking around for a while. Seems like a great community here and one that is nice and helpful.
