Hi All
Hi,
I am really interested in Dreams, Lucid or otherwise, as i have had loads of Lucid dreams since I was about 8 years old.
I have been able to fly, Levitate, move things with my mind etc for years (I'm nearly 40)
Although i must admit I haven't had a Lucid dream that I can remember for quite a while, maybe its a younger person thing or I'm just out of practice.
Anyway I am really excited about this site and look forward to speaking to you all.
Regards,
Robert

Hey Robert...welcome to the forum.
I think that after the years we sort of lose touch with our dreams and if we don't train ourselves to actively recall our dreams and such then the lucidity just fades away. No worries though, it's nothing that you can't re-learn. You should start a dream journal if you don't already have one, keep it bedside and when you wake up in the night or the next morning write down everything you remember about your dreams. That should help you to increase your dream recall.
There is so much information here that should be of great help to you, so spend some time checking out the Attaining Lucidity, Dream Signs and Recall, Dream Control, etc. areas of the forum for starters. ;)
If you have any questions feel free to ask me anytime!

hi, welcome to the board...as nina said, i think you need to just get back into it.
I think when you're younger (i'm 21) it's easy to concentrate better on it, without having the demands of family and life in general placing dreaming and subconscious on the back burner.
The dreamjournal will definitely help there.
